Cassie Smith/Glee Mitchell and Warren Foster are the DEC PCRG group members of the month.

Cassie Smith! What can I say apart from what an outstanding run!!! A long term PCRG member and you just sliced over 30sec off your pb. Brilliant!

Good on you Glee! A 13 sec pb and New York Marathon 2009 here you come!

Good on you Warren! I admire the way you apply yourself @ PCRG and a well deserved pb.
