Never become complacent about being injury free. The grim reaper of injuries can often be waiting just around the corner. Always be on the lookout. Keep in tune with your body. Rest/Ice/Stretching/Treatment - an ongoing maintenance program can often prevent being sidelined for weeks, months even.

It may beneficial to have a monthly check up with one of the following practitioners. Structural alignment (hips) in the majority of runners requires ongoing correction.
 
A massage every couple of weeks will also help you stay injury free.
 
Your Nutritional intake may also be in need of direction.
 
Prevention is better (and swifter) than cure
