
PCRG Safety Rules
PCRG is aware that cyclist/runners
and pedestrians use the same paths and that PCRG has a
responsibility to ensure the safety of
cyclist/runners/pedestrians and fellow group members is
considered at all times.

1) Faster runners to start
at the very front.
2) Run on
the very left of the path unless you're advised otherwise by
Pat.
3) Run no
more than 2 abreast unless you're overtaking.
4) Check
front and back for cyclist/runners and pedestrians before
overtaking.
5) Check
front and back for cyclist/runners and pedestrians before
crossing to the other side of the path.
6) Move to
the very side of the path when a standing recovery is taking
place.
7)
PCRG
members are encouraged to use the Kurilpa Bridge pedestrian
crossing when crossing George St, before and after a Roma St
Parklands session.

Up':
If a cyclist is approaching from front.

Back':
If a cyclist is approaching from rear.
